法界佛教總會（法總）馬來西亞沙登法緣聖寺附設的「法界幼學苑」，於2025年11月12日舉行第23屆畢業典禮。法界幼學苑於2003年在吉隆坡般若觀音聖寺成立，2012年因般若觀音聖寺需要整修，因此搬遷至沙登法緣聖寺。
The Dharma Realm Young Learners’ Meadow (Tadika Alam Khazanah Siswa), an affiliate of Fa Yuan Sagely Monastery in Serdang, Malaysia—under the Malaysia Dharma Realm Buddhist Association (MDRBA)—held its 23rd Commencement Ceremony on November 12, 2025. This kindergarten was originally established in 2003 at Prajna Guan Yin Sagely Monastery in Kuala Lumpur. In 2012, due to renovation plan at Prajna Monastery, the kindergarten was relocated to Fa Yuan Monastery in Serdang.
法界幼學苑的教學是依據佛陀的教育理念，以及法總創辦人上宣下化老和尚提倡的六大宗旨：不爭、不貪、不求、不自私、不自利、不妄語。2025年恰逢宣公上人涅槃30週年，法緣聖寺特別擴大舉辦這次的畢業典禮，邀請疫情期間錯過畢業典禮的校友們回來，補領畢業證書；也邀請早期校友和家長們齊來團聚，頭幾屆畢業生如今都是成年人，有些已經成家立業，當天攜家帶眷出席，場面顯得格外盛大隆重。
The educational philosophy of the Dharma Realm Young Learners’ Meadow is rooted in the teachings of the Buddha and the Six Guiding Principles advocated by the founder of Dharma Realm Buddhist Association, the Venerable Master Hsuan Hua: no contending, no greed, no seeking, no selfishness, no self-benefitting, and no lying. As 2025 marks the 30th Anniversary of the Venerable Master’s Entering Nirvana, Fa Yuan Monastery expanded this year’s commencement celebrations. They extended special invitations to alumni who missed their own graduation ceremonies during the pandemic to return and receive their certificates. Furthermore, early alumni and parents were invited to reunite; many graduates from the inaugural classes are now adults with their own careers and families. Their attendance with families made the occasion exceptionally grand and solemn.
法緣聖寺當家比丘尼恒泰法師首先致詞指出，宣公上人的宗旨就是，成立寺廟的同時，也要教育年輕的孩子明白真正的佛法，讀書做人的道理。孩子們來這裏，最重要的是學習言行舉止的規矩，每天也教他們〈大悲咒〉和《心經》。目的就是跟著師父的宗旨，將正確的道理傳播下去。這才是真正的教育，真正將佛法傳下去。我們教導孩子們從小學習上人的六大宗旨，尤其是不打騙話（妄語），一打騙話，業障就跟著來了。
Bhikṣuṇī Heng Tai, the manager of Fa Yuan Sagely Monastery, opened the ceremony by explaining that the Venerable Master Hua’s mission was that, when establishing monasteries, one must also educate young people so they may understand the true Buddhadharma and the principles of being a good person. The most important thing for the children who come here is to learn proper conduct in speech and behavior. They are taught the Great Compassion Mantra and the Heart Sutra every day. The purpose is to follow the Venerable Master’s vision and pass on correct principles. This is genuine education—truly transmitting the Buddhadharma. “We teach the children to learn the Venerable Master’s Six Great Principles from a young age, especially refraining from lying. Once one tells a lie, karmic obstacles immediately follow.”
法界幼學苑2025年共有14位小朋友畢業，法緣聖寺全體法師在台上，輪流頒發畢業證書，畢業生分成兩批和法師們合照。2020年和2021年疫情期間的畢業生，將近30位也前來領取當年未領到的畢業證書。在頒發畢業證書的前後，穿插六歲班的舞蹈「我武維揚」、「敦煌飛仙」、鋼琴獨奏，五歲班的山地舞、懷念老歌，以及四歲班的動感舞蹈，為典禮帶來活潑可愛的氣息。
In 2025, fourteen children graduated from the Dharma Realm Young Learners’ Meadow. All the Dharma Masters of Fa Yuan Sagely Monastery took turns on stage presenting the graduation certificates, and the graduates were divided into two groups to take photos with the Dharma Masters. Nearly thirty students who graduated during the pandemic years of 2020 and 2021 also came to receive the certificates they had not been able to collect at the time. Interspersed before and after the certificate presentations were performances by the six year old class, including the dances “Our Martial Spirit Soars” and “Dunhuang Flying Celestials,” as well as a piano solo; the five year old class performed an indigenous dance and nostalgic old songs; and the four year old class presented a lively rhythmic dance, bringing a bright and adorable atmosphere to the ceremony.
校友家長成國明有三男二女，都是法界幼學苑的畢業生，畢業後繼續參加週日佛學班，接著相繼前往萬佛聖城就讀培德中學。成國明指出，他的孩子們不止學習知識，還學慈悲、規矩和感恩。他説，這裏的孩子從小就學會尊師重道、孝順，這樣的善根會陪伴他們一輩子。「我的五個孩子性格都不一樣，但是有一個共同點，接觸佛法以後，他們心裏有光、有善、有方向……這是很多學校給不了的，也很難教育的……這不是父母能夠教出來的，這是三寶佛菩薩的加持，佛法熏習的力量。我常講，把孩子交給佛菩薩，就是給他們一生最好的保護。」成國明鼓勵畢業生的父母，讓孩子繼續留在週日佛學班，他對畢業生的祝福則是：「願慈悲陪伴你們走向世界，願智慧照亮你們的未來」。
Seng Kok Meng, a parent of five alumini, whose three sons and two daughters all graduated from the Dharma Realm Young Learners’ Meadow, shared that after completing the program, his children continued attending the Sunday Buddhist Studies Class and later went on to study at Developing Virtue Secondary School in the City of Ten Thousand Buddhas. Seng Kok Meng explained that his children not only learned academic knowledge, but also compassion, discipline, and gratitude. He said, “The children here learn from a young age to respect their teachers, honor the Way, and be filial. These wholesome roots will stay with them for a lifetime. “My five children all have different personalities, but they share one thing in common: after encountering the Buddhadharma, their hearts have light, goodness, and direction… This is something many schools cannot provide, and something very difficult to teach. This is not something parents can produce on their own—it is the blessing of the Triple Jewel and the transformative power of the Buddhadharma. I often say that entrusting your children to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas is giving them the best protection for life.” Seng Kok Meng encouraged the graduates’ parents to let their children continue attending the Sunday Buddhist Studies Class. His blessing for the graduates was: “May compassion accompany you as you step into the world, and may wisdom illuminate your future.”
午齋結齋前，法界幼學苑全體小朋友大合唱「菩薩道」；為這次的畢業典禮籌劃一整個月，前一晚忙到十點才收工的老師們也集體上台獻唱，為第23屆畢業典禮劃下圓滿的句點。
Before the conclusion ceremony of lunch, all the children of the Dharma Realm Young Learners’ Meadow performed a group song, “The Bodhisattva Path.” The teachers—who had spent one month preparing for the ceremony and had worked until ten o’clock the night before—also came on stage to sing together, bringing the 23rd graduation ceremony to a joyful and perfect close.♦
